THE city’s biggest-ever sporting event is coming to Robina – but that isn’t about to stop the race to join the suburb’s next great community.
With Commonwealth Games road closures to restrict access to the sales and display centre until April 16, staff will continue to showcase Vue Terrace Homes – Robina Group’s latest masterplanned community – from a temporary base at Robina Town Centre.
Sales staff will also be permitted to chaperone potential buyers to the Stadium Drive sales office and furnished displays for both Vue and nearby Boheme Apartments, which is complete and ready to welcome residents.
Robina Town Centre shoppers won’t miss out either, with Robina Group staff to hand out a free report on the suburb featuring the Urbis Market Outlook report, recent sales data and future growth projections.
Construction began this month on stage one of the $170 million Vue Terrace Homes, which features architecturally-designed terrace homes in an elevated position, many capturing stunning, uninterrupted views across Robina City Parklands to the Gold Coast skyline.
More than $60 million of the residences have already been sold, with the latest report by independent property analyst Urbis showing the median price of terrace homes in Robina has increased 31 per cent in the past five years.
During the Commonwealth Games, the Vue sales team will be located on the ground level of Robina Town Centre (outside Cotton On, in the new internal access to The Kitchens).
