Robina City Parklands upgrade project out to tender

The transformation of Robina City Parklands into Gold Coast’s ‘Central Park’ is set to get underway this year with the project going out to tender this October.

Once the tender is awarded, it’s possible the project could be completed in as little as 9 months and will include two adventure playgrounds, picnic lawn, a village green and performance stage and a $250,000 public art display.

The 17 hectare Robina City Parklands promises to be both diverse and dynamic in offering more than just green space, but also, access to walking trails, viewing platforms and a multi-use community structure with cafe, as well as kayak launch spots and fishing nodes at the perimeter.

Extensive studies show that spending time outdoors and in parklands has amazing health and wellness benefits, including sleeping better, stressing less and living longer.

Robina’s newest, most exclusive residential project, Vue Terrace Homes, enjoys a prime location immediately adjacent to Robina City Parklands, with Vue residents enjoying direct access to the city’s most vibrant green space.  Since the announcement of the parkland upgrade, interest in the project has increased with buyers excited by the range of potential lifestyle and health benefits of living next to such a world-class green space.
