Popular property observer, Terry Ryder, has voiced immense positivity for the property market and economy, providing some welcome good news to start the new year.
According to Ryder’s reports on his real estate observer website, Hotspotting, November showcased strong consumer confidence, with a 2.8% rise in consumer sentiment and a 12% rise in survey respondents deciding it is a good time to buy a dwelling.
Despite newsfeeds being flooded with less positive property outlooks and weakness in the capital city property markets, this data indicates people in fact feel positive about their finances and are optimistic about investing in property.
Terry states that this represents a full recovery from the drop in confidence in September and predicts a strong result carrying into the new year.
What’s more, in light of ‘credit crunch’ claims, the RBA have highlighted that home lending remains strong, with a 5% credit growth and a good credit supply available to quality borrowers, with competitive rates being offered by banks and lenders.
Robina Group Sales Manager, Azura Griffen, agrees with Ryder’s sentiments, confirming buyer interest is still strong at Robina residential project, Vue Terrace Homes.
“Our sales team are still fielding strong enquiry at Vue – there remains a want to buy, particularly from buyers looking to move interstate” she said.
With Queensland the most popular interstate migration destination, thanks to strong employment, affordable housing and enviable lifestyle, it’s evident interstate buyer optimism is leading them to Robina.
“Following the release of Vue’s final stage of terrace homes last month, we have brought quality product to market at a time where demand does in fact seem quite high” Ms. Griffen said.
“The modern, smart and spacious design of Vue Terrace Homes and the countless benefits of gated community lifestyle and buying off the plan are attracting buyers, as well as the project’s prime positioning in the heart of Gold Coast City, surrounded by lush green parklands” she said.
“Vue is offering a lifestyle that’s quite unique and sought after and we are seeing a lot of interest due to its multi-layered appeal” Ms. Griffen said.
