Robina Group has launched a unique open-air gallery walk at its $170 million Vue Terrace Homes development on the Gold Coast.

The gallery walk showcases both design features and the enviable location of the project, which has been designed with the growing demand for lifestyle quality in mind.

The concept, the first of its kind on the Gold Coast, allows potential buyers to ‘see, feel, listen and touch’ their way through various elements of the community, which is situated in the heart of Robina.

The gallery walk captures the charming atmosphere of the project’s location and includes glimpses of community design features, such as landscaping, private terrace home courtyards, the pool and water feature that are part of the central recreation area and the extensive parklands that surround the community.

It culminates in an ascent to a five metre high viewing deck, offering panoramic views of the city skyline, representative of the outlook that many of the two storey terrace homes will enjoy.

Vue Terrace Homes has already posted $35 million in off-the-plan sales, driven by its emphasis on indoor-outdoor living, exclusive resident facilities, picturesque and elevated parkland setting, central location and inspiring home designs.

With 80 per cent of stage one now sold, construction is due to commence this week (week commencing 24th July)

Robina Group appointed landscape architecture specialists, Planit Consulting, to help bring the vision of the open-air gallery to life.

“It is refreshing to see a developer dedicated to not only showcasing the design, interiors and architecture of a project, but the landscaped physical environment that complements it,” said Planit Consulting director, Boyd Sargeant.

“The dedicated gallery walk gives prospective purchasers the experience of the overall feel and theme of the entire community and the common and public open spaces that residents will enjoy.

“We focussed on capturing the unique elements of the Vue Terrace Homes community and building sensory elements into the design to help people connect to the spaces.

“Vue Terrace Homes’ location, surrounded by the 17 hectare Robina City Parklands, is truly unique, so our intent was to create an experience that reflected that.

“Visitors can walk through the open-air gallery and get a glimpse of the surrounding natural environment – they can see the lush landscaping and views, touch and listen to running water and enjoy the natural scents of flowering shrubs and vines. It is designed to be a very calm and relaxing space.”

Mr Sargeant said the carefully designed gardens would soften the built form of the project, while providing screened and shaded private courtyards and shared open spaces.

“The open-air gallery will summarise the landscape treatments of the community through a themed walkway that displays the varying open spaces of the development,” he said.

“Materials and plant species change through the spaces to allow a soft transition into the different areas and lead to the elevated viewing deck, which takes in the breathtaking views from what will be the height of the upper level of the terrace homes.”

Vue Terrace Homes is the single largest residential project undertaken by Robina master developer, Robina Group, which has been developing Robina for nearly four decades.

The community is located in the heart of Robina, which has emerged as a key property hotspot on the Gold Coast, with CoreLogic finding it was outpacing the wider city on many key measures – recording a price premium, higher rates of capital gain, higher rental rates with attractive yields and strong selling metrics.

The CoreLogic report found Robina homes had achieved a 5.2 per cent per annum increase over the past five years, with strong selling conditions supporting further upwards pressure on values.

Robina Group sales manager Azura Griffen said the open-air landscape gallery elevated buyers’ experience of Vue Terrace Homes to an exciting new level.

“As well as having furnished display homes for our visitors to walk through, we wanted to capture what it will actually feel like to live in the community,” she said.

“The integration between the central relaxation zones and the surrounding parklands, and the uninterrupted skyline and water vistas, which residents will enjoy, are key attributes for this project that we wanted to capture.

“Vue Terrace Homes will feature our award winning terrace home designs and quality finishes, which Robina Group has become renowned for.

“In addition to the project’s idyllic environment, one of the key attractions is the fact it is located just minutes from Robina Town Centre, the Gold Coast’s best schools and higher education facilities and some of the city’s leading restaurants, cafes, department stores and prestige brand outlets.

“And with the motorway just minutes away, it makes Gold Coast International Airport, Brisbane and Byron Bay also easily accessible.”

Stage one of Vue Terrace Homes comprises 71 three-bedroom two storey homes, priced from $599,000.  Each home features a modern and flexible design, European appliances, high quality finishes and NBN-capability.

You can book a personal tour through the open-air gallery walk to experience it for yourself and be chauffeured to the furnished display homes to see the quality homes on offer first hand.

The Vue sales and display centre, including the open air gallery walk, and furnished display homes are open seven days a week from 10am to 5pm at East Lane, Robina.  For more information visit or call 55 821 888.
