Construction will commence this week on Robina Group’s $170 million Vue Terrace Homes in central Gold Coast City, with buyers expected to begin moving into the new community by the end of the year.

Hutchinson Builders has been appointed to construct the Robina project and is starting work on stage one, featuring 71 architecturally-designed three bedroom homes, which each include a second multi-use living and study area, European appliances and high quality finishes thoughout.

Robina Group Director Tony Tippett said the partnership with Hutchinson Builders would ensure the quality of construction matched the quality of design.

More than $60 million of homes have already sold at Vue, with owner occupiers and investors showing very keen interest in the six hectare secure gated-community on East Lane, which is bordered by the 17 hectare Robina City Parklands.

Robina Group sales manager Azura Griffen said stage one was nearing sell-out and stage two was more than 50 per cent sold off plan, further proof of the appeal of the developer’s award-winning terrace home designs.

Three bedroom terrace homes in Robina have also recorded a 3.4 per cent jump in rental yield, compared to the Gold Coast’s average 2.8 per cent over the same period.

Melbourne resident Maureen Ryan is preparing to move to the Gold Coast to live closer to family, after purchasing at  Vue Terrace Homes.

Ms Ryan said she researched online and inspected a number of potential homes on the Gold Coast, before deciding to purchase at Vue.
