After bringing forward its release to meet demand, Robina Group has achieved an 80 per cent sell-out of stage two of Vue Terrace Homes in a matter of months, with total sales in the community now in excess of $64 million.

Robina Group director Tony Tippett said the award-winning terrace home designs and central Robina location of the $170 million community were proving popular with purchasers.

“We have passed the 100 sale mark, which is exciting for all involved and particularly for our buyers who will become part of the Vue Terrace Home community,” he said.

Hutchinson Builders commenced construction on stage one last month, setting up a large onsite operation comprising more than 200 personnel. More than 2,000 people will work on the project across the construction phase.

Stage one of Vue Terrace Homes comprises 71 architecturally-designed three-bedroom homes, with the first residents expected to begin moving in early next year.

Mr Tippett said the spotlight the Commonwealth Games shone on Gold Coast City had resulted in a positive flow-on for sales.

“Millions of people across the state and country were exposed to the beauty of the Gold Coast throughout the Commonwealth Games,” he said.

Robina Group sales manager Azura Griffen said stage one of Vue was nearing sell-out, while stage two was more than 80 per cent sold off-the-plan.

“We’re really pleased with the interest we’re receiving, particularly from Brisbane and Gold Coast buyers who are embracing the natural surrounds of the area,” she said.

“We are also hosting a lot of buyers from Sydney and Melbourne who are flying up to the Gold Coast to inspect their new purchases now construction has commenced.

“Visitors to the site have access to a viewing platform that enables them to get a feel for what life would look like from the second storey of their homes, with beautiful vistas across the neighbouring parkland and towards the coastal skyline.

“The chance to purchase a brand new home in the heart of Robina is extremely rare, let alone one that offers low-maintenance living with plenty of space to grow.

“Vue combines the best aspects of an apartment and a house, all within walking distance of modern conveniences that urbanites desire such as shops, dining and public transport.”

Vue Terrace Homes are priced from $599,000, with limited chances remaining to purchase a premium ‘perimeter’ home in stage two, which provides stunning, uninterrupted views across Robina City Parklands to the Gold Coast skyline.

“Our vision for Vue was reinforced when independent property analyst Urbis recently released a report showing the median price of terrace homes in Robina had increased by 31 per cent during the past five years,” Ms Griffen said.

“Furthermore, three-bedroom terrace homes in Robina recorded a 3.4 per cent jump in rental yield, compared to Gold Coast City’s average of 2.8 per cent over the same period.”

The community, which is on East Lane and bordered by the 17 hectare Robina City Parklands, will also feature an exclusive elevated resident pool and barbeque area, with relaxation zones, timber decking and barbeques.

The Vue Terrace Homes sales and display centre is open seven days a week from 10am to 5pm on the corner of East Lane and Stadium Drive, Robina.  Call 5582 1888 to find out more or send us a message by clicking here.
